By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. New organisations receive a 14-day free trial; at the end of the trial a payment method is required to continue creating bookings and properties. Plan limits (such as the maximum number of properties) are enforced. You can change or cancel your plan at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Client payments for cleans are processed through Stripe. Cleaner payouts are made via Stripe Connect according to the payout percentage set by the organisation. You are responsible for the tax treatment of payments and payouts within your organisation.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other organisations’ data, or use it for unlawful purposes. Each organisation’s data is isolated; you must only access data belonging to your own organisation.
The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
